Epstein accuser sues famous psychiatrist Henry Jarecki for ‘depraved’ sexual abuse

A victim of Jeffrey Epstein is suing a licensed psychiatrist who worked for the late sex trafficker and allegedly “treated” his victims. The victim claims the wealthy doctor controlled and raped her for years, according to new lawsuits.

In a lawsuit filed by an anonymous victim, 91-year-old Henry Jarecki is accused of being involved in Epstein’s sex ring and of sexually abusing the sinister financier’s victims.

The details contained in Jane Doe 11’s lawsuit paint a distorted picture of an aging doctor who controlled a young foreign model and forced her to have sex with other men – and repeatedly abused her from 2011 to 2014.

“As Jarecki grew older, he had frequent and depraved sexual desires,” the lawsuit says, adding that the psychiatrist showed Doe “pills that he said were testosterone pills that kept his sex drive at the level of a 25-year-old.”

“As Jane Doe 11 showed increasing signs of depression and stress, Jarecki increased his sexual torture and control over her,” the lawsuit states.

Doe’s lawsuit alleges that Jarecki raped her dozens of times in New York and kidnapped her and took her to his private Caribbean island.

The doctor’s lawyer, Sarita Kedia, told Wall Street Journal It will be found that Doe’s allegations are “completely false and baseless” and that “Dr. Jarecki never behaved in an abusive manner toward the plaintiff or any other person.”

Kedia made the same statement to The Daily Beast, ignoring questions about Jarecki’s travel on Epstein’s private jet.

“We are proud of our client’s bravery and the courage she has shown in filing this lawsuit,” Sigrid McCawley, who represents Doe, said in a statement to The Daily Beast.

Brad Edwards, another attorney for Doe, told the diary He hopes that more women will come forward with information about Jarecki: “Justice can only be achieved through courage and the cooperation of survivors and witnesses.”

Flight records reviewed by The Daily Beast show that Jarecki flew on Epstein’s plane from New Jersey to Santa Fe, New Mexico, in March 2001. Also on the trip was AI pioneer Marvin Minsky, whom Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre accuses of sexual abuse.

A “GM” and a “VR” also took part in this trip, presumably referring to Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell and Virginia Roberts. Days later, the group traveled to West Palm Beach.

In June 2002, Jarecki accompanied Epstein’s entourage on a trip from New York to Paris. Other passengers included French hairdresser Frédéric Fekkai and his son, French model scout Jean-Luc Brunel (also accused of abusing Epstein victims), and Jarecki and his son, filmmaker Nicholas Jarecki.

According to the lawsuit, Jarecki is a wealthy businessman and longtime friend and confidant of Epstein, with whom they shared an “interest in the exploitation and sexual abuse of young women.” The psychiatrist, the lawsuit continues, frequently visited Epstein’s Manhattan mansion and traveled on his private plane.

A profile from 2014 in New Haven Register described the fate of the German-born doctor with several hyphens, describing him as a “film and Broadway theater producer, operator of resorts in the Caribbean, environmentalist and philanthropist.”

The newspaper reported that Jarecki and his wife own two islands in the British Virgin Islands and have developed one of them, Guana, into a nature reserve and resort. Jarecki, who made millions in the metals trade, also founded MovieFone with his son Andrew before selling it to AOL in 1999 for $388 million.

Doe’s lawsuit marks the first time anyone has publicly accused Jarecki of wrongdoing related to Epstein’s plot.

Jarecki “should have put Epstein’s interests above those of his clients in order to avoid unwanted attention to Epstein’s sexual abuse of these young women,” the lawsuit states.

“Jarecki was also aware that the women Epstein sent were under his control and that Jarecki could attempt to sexually abuse them himself without risking prosecution,” the filing states. In addition, some women were particularly vulnerable due to their employment or immigration status.

Doe came to the United States around 2010 “through a well-known modeling agency” and tried to obtain a work visa. Another model referred her to Epstein, claiming he had ties to the modeling industry and could help her with her career and immigration issues.

“Within days, Jane Doe 11 met with Epstein at his Upper East Side mansion, where he promised to help her with her modeling and acting careers and even pay for her college as long as she listened to him and followed his explicit instructions,” the lawsuit states. “Almost immediately, Epstein began sexually abusing Jane Doe 11 and then controlling her life.”

Shortly thereafter, Epstein arranged a meeting between Doe and Jarecki, who was about 78 years old at the time.

Doe’s lawsuit alleges that the doctor instructed her to write down and keep a paper copy of “every negative thing that ever happened to her” – information he later used to control her.

“During this initial consultation, Jarecki told Jane Doe 11 that he had something that could make her happy immediately,” the filing states. “However, instead of prescribing medication, Jarecki gave her an expensive watch.”

Jarecki, the lawsuit says, pressured Doe to show her his house and then raped her after luring her into his bedroom.

Doe was convinced that Epstein had “absolute power and control over her life and freedom” in the United States. After she informed the asset manager about Jarecki’s actions, he allegedly asked her to continue visiting the psychiatrist.

At their next appointment, the lawsuit says, Jarecki claimed he could save her from Epstein and that she must have a “business relationship” with him.

Jarecki then began sexually abusing and trafficking Doe, the lawsuit says. He gave her gifts and promised to buy her an apartment “as long as she behaved.”

He allegedly made sure that Doe moved into an apartment in Gramercy Park and was available to him at all times – or face punishment. Doe “felt and believed that she was under constant surveillance by Jarecki,” the lawsuit states.

The psychiatrist, Doe claims, was apparently able to access the cameras in the building to track her movements and assigned her a bedtime of 10 p.m. When he saw that her lights were on, Jarecki would call her and demand that she go to sleep.

Jarecki forced Doe to have sex, the lawsuit says, and if she tried to disobey his orders, he would remind her that the rent for her apartment was $5,700.

Eventually, Jarecki forced Doe to have sex with other men in front of him.

He is also said to have warned her – in the presence of his own wife Gloria – that she would have to have threesomes with him and another young woman.

“If you give me any trouble and refuse to be with an ugly old man, I will send you back to Epstein so he can send you to more ugly old men, and there will be nothing you can do about it given your immigration problems,” Jarecki is said to have warned Doe.
