Columbia police are working to identify two dead people in missing women investigation

COLUMBIA, Missouri (KMIZ)

Columbia police say they are trying to identify two bodies found during an investigation into two missing women.

Officers are also searching for a man, Randall R. Fox, 51, of Columbia, describing him as a “person of interest” in the investigation.

Last week, officers were called to the 1700 block of Ridgemont Drive as part of a missing persons investigation. Police were trying to find Marcia Hess and Sara Fox. They found the two bodies, whose identification is still pending, the Columbia Police Department said in a press release on Wednesday.

Police say Randall Fox should be considered armed and dangerous.

The Columbia Police Department is searching for Randall Fox, who has been described by CPD as a “person of interest” in connection with two women reported missing.

Hess is described in a police post as being 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, with blue eyes and white hair. Sara Fox is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
