Amber Alert issued for kidnapped 14-day-old baby in Vallejo – NBC Bay Area

The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert Saturday morning for a kidnapped 14-day-old child.

According to the CHP, two-week-old Braxton Manning was abducted from Vallejo on Thursday morning. The suspect is 28-year-old Valerie Manning.

According to authorities, Valerie Manning is 5’7″ tall, weighs about 175 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

CHP said the two were last seen in Vallejo around 3 a.m. Thursday morning. They added that Valerie was seen in a black 1991 Isuzu Amigo with the California license plate “2ZRD090.”

Anyone who has seen the two is asked to call 911.
