Buffalo Council adopts employee pay scale increase – Sheridan Media

Buffalo city employees will benefit from adjustments to their salary scales, after the City Council approved a resolution to adopt new ones at its last regular meeting.

Mayor Shane Schrader explains what the resolution does and why council adopted it.

The resolution changes pay scales for city employees, with the exception of law enforcement, according to Schrader.

He added that the council chose to adopt the new salary scales so that the city does not continue to lose employees to other agencies and municipalities because of compensation.
