Wayne County man arrested for illegal possession of firearm – Finger Lakes Daily News

The investigation into a car crash in the Swadling Road area of ​​the town of Walworth led to the arrest of the driver on Tuesday.

During the Wayne County Sheriff’s investigation, they noticed Aaron Horn driving the car and a loaded firearm in the passenger seat. Further investigation revealed that Horn did not have a firearm permit and he was taken into custody.

Horn was charged with illegal possession of a firearm and taken to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.

It was not stated whether Horn was involved in the accident.
