He is said to be between 40 and 49 years old, is 1.73 meters tall and has short brown hair and a brown beard. He was wearing black and white sunglasses, a white T-shirt with the red lettering “Guess” on the chest, blue jeans and gray sandals.

Police said the victim was aboard the Lakeshore East GO train at 8 p.m. on July 17, traveling between Guildwood and Rouge Hill stations.

A man approached the victim, who was being sexually assaulted. The man fled the train at Rouge Hill Station.

He is 20 to 30 years old, 5’9″ tall, slim build, and has a brown patchy moustache. He was wearing grey cargo pants, black shoes, black sunglasses, and a black hooded jacket with the hood pulled up.

SENIORS ACCUSED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT

Toronto police have filed charges of sexual assault against an 83-year-old man as part of their investigation.

Police officer acquitted after collision
