Top 5 Buffalo Bills Boom or Bust Players for 2024

Buffalo signed several new players to replace Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer. Additionally, they are counting on several players from the previous roster to perform well, with some playing entirely new positions. Despite the losses, Buffalo returns the majority of starters from last season, including the entire defensive front and both linebackers. Leonard Floyd is out, but Buffalo still returns Von Miller, Ed Oliver, DaQuan Jones and Gregory Rousseau. AJ Epenesa also fits into this rotation.

Buffalo also lost Tre White, but he’s been out for most of the last two seasons anyway, and Christian Benford and Rasul Douglas have become one of the best corner tandems in the league. Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis are gone on the offensive side of the ball. Is the Bills front office better off now? I think the high-end talent was better with Diggs; However, the WR depth chart is better overall, giving Josh Allen several viable weapons to spread the ball around.

The offensive line is in flux, with two current players taking on new positions. This will also be interesting to watch throughout the offseason programs. The performance of the offensive line will be critical to how well the offense performs in 2024. Protecting Allen is paramount to the Bills’ success this upcoming season, and Buffalo brought in some new blood here as well, with additions like La ‘el Collins and project of hope Cédric Van Pran-Granger.
