Udaipur: A couple died in an accident when their bike was hit by a car in Bhatia Talai area under Dungla police station in Vallabhnagar in Udaipur district on Friday afternoon. Ganesh Dangi (52) and his wife Baburi Bai (45), residents of Vallabhnagar, had just returned from a religious function when the accident occurred. Meanwhile, the driver fled the scene of the accident. A driver hit the couple while overtaking, the police said. Ganesh was also wearing a helmet, which shattered in the accident. In another accident, a food delivery driver was killed after he was hit by a car late at night on Thursday. Mohammed Sabir (38), who was returning after delivering food orders at Pacific Hospital in Bhilo ka Guda, Udaipur. After the accident, Sabir died on the spot.
