El Paso Police are asking for help identifying the armed robbery at Pizza Hut

El Paso police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery at a pizza restaurant in northeast El Paso.

The robbery occurred in late April at Pizza Hut at 6110 Dyer Street, in a neighborhood near the Walmart Supercenter.

According to Crime Stoppers, an armed man with a black handgun entered the building around 10:40 p.m.

The suspect then pointed the gun at an employee working behind the register and demanded money from the business.

According to police, the suspect then fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a thin build and short hair.

During the robbery, he hid his identity by wearing a bandana over his face.

He was also seen wearing a burgundy hooded jacket with gray sleeves, a blue or gray long-sleeved shirt, light-colored pants and black Puma brand tennis shoes.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
