One was arrested and one was injured in the Dalton shooting

One person was injured and another person was arrested after a shooting in Berkshire County.

The shooting occurred Thursday evening at a home on East Housatonic Street in Dalton, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle reported.

The victim was taken to Berkshire Medical Center, Police Chief Deanna Strouts told the newspaper.

There is no danger to the public, she said.
