A clear warning has been issued for the 28-year-old man last seen on the west side

Cesar Uribe was last seen on Monday in the west of the city.

SAN ANTONIO – A clear alert has been issued for a missing 28-year-old man last seen Monday on the city’s west side.

San Antonio police are searching for Cesar Uribe, who is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs about 250 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat with white letters “NY,” a black shirt, blue jeans and brown boots. He has several tattoos on his left and right calves as well as his chest.

He was seen near the 2100 block of Fort Donleson Drive, not far from Marbach Road.

Law enforcement officials believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
