According to evidence presented in court, the rapist and others, including the victim, were drinking on the beach when the 16-year-old victim wanted to relive the incident.

The victim was on her way to recover about 50 meters from the others when her uncle followed her.

The rapist then walked up to the victim, then forcibly put a cutter knife on her neck and told her that he wanted to have sex with her.

Despite the victim’s refusal, the rapist forced her to have sex with him.

In his verdict, Justice Sunil Sharma told the rapist that he cannot be forgiven for the crime he committed.

He said he was at a loss for words and even described the rapist as a disgrace to society.

Judge Sharma said rape is not just a physical act as it destroys the life of the victim.

The Supreme Court judge also told the rapist that he had forever scarred the victim’s life.

The man can be released on parole after 13 years in prison.
