No charges filed after fatal off-road vehicle accident

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Posey County District Attorney’s Office says no charges will be filed in connection with a fatal crash that occurred near Mount Vernon in March.

An investigation revealed that Justin Uhde was driving his SUV back from a poker run when he failed to stop at the intersection of Copper Line Road and Highway 69. Uhde’s SUV collided with another car, killing two of his SUV’s occupants.

Prosecutor Thomas Clowers said a blood test showed no alcohol in Uhde’s system at the time of the accident.
