JOPLIN, Missouri – An investigation is underway into a shooting in a Joplin neighborhood.

It happened just before 8:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Annie Baxter Avenue.

Neighbors claimed they heard at least three shots.

Two people were taken to hospital by ambulance.
