Tulsa chiropractor arrested, charged with improper touching of patients

TULSA, Oklahoma. –

A Tulsa chiropractor is free on bail after Tulsa police say he inappropriately touched several patients.

An affidavit states that John Kruger touched several patients, including an 81-year-old woman, and made explicit comments to them.

The affidavit states that since 2008, 11 different women have complained to the state commission about Kruger.

Over the years, Kruger has been fined, required to attend ethics training, placed on probation, and required to have a staff member present at all appointments. The board recently ordered Kruger to install cameras in patient rooms to record his interactions.

According to police, Kruger denied doing anything wrong.
