Gordon Ramsay reveals massive bruise after horrific bike crash: ‘I’m lucky to be here’

Gordon Ramsay is on the road to recovery after a horrific accident. The culinary icon and TV personality revealed a stunning injury he sustained in a recent cycling accident and advised other cyclists and dads to be cautious while celebrating Father’s Day weekend. “WEAR A HELMET,” Gordon wrote on Instagram, among other things, captioning a video in which he lifts up his chef’s jacket to reveal a huge bruise covering much of his torso. The father of six admitted he is shaken by the experience but is grateful for his medical team who are helping him make a full recovery.
