DCI assists with Wright County death investigation | Crime & Courts

WRIGHT COUNTY, Iowa (KWWL) – The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is assisting in the investigation of two deaths in Wright County.

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a possible death at a residence in Clarion Monday morning.

Officers arrived at the apartment and found a dead man and woman. Officers believe this is an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public.

The Iowa State Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy on the bodies. The investigation is currently ongoing.
