Child at risk alert issued for Kingsport teen | WJHL

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) – A child at risk alert has been issued for a 15-year-old from Kingsport.

According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), Payton Begley was reported missing.

The TBI stated on social media that she was last seen in Kingsport on June 11.

Begley is 5’4″ tall and weighs 135 pounds. The TBI described her as having brown hair and brown eyes.

Begley is suffering from an illness and is likely missing her medications, the TBI reports.
