Gordon Ramsay appears severely shaken after bicycle accident

“This week I had a really bad accident while riding my bike in Connecticut. I’m OK and didn’t break any bones or sustain any major injuries, but I’m a little bruised and look like a purple potato. I’m grateful to all the doctors, nurses and staff at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London who took care of me and checked me over, but I’m most grateful for my helmet, which saved my life.” – Gordon Ramsay

The bruise on his torso looks so painful, but he seems to be pulling through it. I’m glad he’s OK and continues to spread important messages. Wear your helmet! It’s literally that simple and can be such a lifesaver!
