Charges filed in connection with the 2022 Willington gunshot incident

An arrest warrant has been issued in a 2022 assault case in Willington, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — A Bridgeport man has been charged in connection with a 2022 gunfire incident at the FedEx Ground Hub in Willington, state police said.

Anthony Kysham Muniz Feliciano, 24, was arrested on a warrant Sunday, state police said. He is charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault and second-degree menacing. He was held overnight on $90,000 bail and was scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Monday, judicial system records show.

The incident occurred on Nov. 30, 2022, when a FedEx facility employee was struck in the back of the head with a weapon, suffering a 1-inch by 1-inch laceration to the back of the head, according to an arrest warrant. The employee worked in the “unloading department,” according to the warrant.

That day, a man who had recently been fired for “refusing to work” and was later identified as Feliciano approached another employee and demanded to speak with him, according to an arrest warrant. That led to Feliciano pulling out a gun, grabbing the man by his clothing, dragging him to a vehicle in a parking lot and striking him with the gun, according to an arrest warrant.

“Feliciano then left the parking lot in an older Toyota Corolla with tinted windows,” an arrest warrant states.
