Diddy and Kanye West are jointly accused of sexual abuse

Singer-songwriter Niykee Heaton accused both Diddy and Kanye West of sexual assault, claiming that bystanders watched and did nothing to prevent the incident.

In a lengthy Instagram Live, Heaton recalled that the alleged incident took place in 2014, when she was 19 years old, following the success of her song “Bad Intentions” featuring Migos and OG Parker.

According to Heaton, she soon received an invitation to meet Diddy and West at the recording studio late one night, which she accepted. When she arrived at the studio, Heaton said, she found Diddy and West, who were with three other men, one of whom was Ye’s cousin, as well as at least nine other women, whom she called “studio sluts.”

She claims she was immediately offered a drink, which she says was watered down, and the situation took a turn for the worst when everyone except Diddy, West and the other three men left the studio. Heaton then claims the assault began when Diddy and West demanded that she remove her clothes.

“They were like, ‘come on! It’s just us, we’re all just friends, let’s just see what you look like,'” Heaton said in part. “I still haven’t gotten scared. I think this is a bad situation, I’m scared, but there’s no need to panic. There are other men here.”

Heaton further claimed that after she refused to remove her clothes, Diddy and West forced themselves on her and began removing her clothes without her consent.

“That’s the part I’ll never forget for the rest of my life,” Heaton said. “It’s not really the sexual abuse aspect. That’s not what haunts me … when these two grown men were groping me and trying to take my clothes off, I looked over at this man and asked him for help. I literally mouthed the word ‘help’ and our eyes met and he looked away.”

Heaton says the attack devastated her. When she managed to escape, she “sat there for 20, 25 minutes crying and saying, ‘What the hell am I going to do?’ The moral of the story is: stay out of the industry. If you have daughters, make sure you tell them never to meet their idols and never to go to the damn studio with anyone, even if you’re invited as an artist, unless you have a bodyguard with you.”

Heaton’s allegations follow a lawsuit filed by her former manager, Lauren Pisciotta, who was formerly Ye’s assistant. The suit accuses West of sexual assault, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

Heaton also claimed that Pisciotta was present the night the alleged assault occurred and that she left the room despite being asked to stay. Heaton says she did not come forward with the allegations sooner because she felt no one believed her. She also cited Pisciotta’s recent lawsuit as one of the reasons she decided to speak out now.

On the other hand, Pisciotta’s lawsuit claims West committed several sexually explicit crimes against her, including allegedly sending lewd text messages and masturbating while on the phone with her. The lawsuit also accuses West of masturbating in front of her after holding her captive in a private area of his plane. Watch the full video of Heaton’s IG Live above.
