A person was shot in south Houston Sunday afternoon.

The shooting happened around 1:30 p.m. near an apartment complex at 12000 Martin Luther King Boulevard.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and we have no information on his condition at this time.

The Houston Police Department tells us no suspects are in custody at this time.
