Fatal crash between motorcycle and truck in Clay – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Liverpool man was killed in a motorcycle-truck collision in Clay on Saturday.

According to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on Chestnut Street shortly before 11 a.m. Saturday.

When emergency responders arrived on scene, they provided life-saving medical assistance to 33-year-old Joseph Drake before he was taken to Upstate Medical Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the pickup truck was uninjured.

No traffic tickets were issued at the time of the accident.
