TT rider Jack Petrie continues to receive treatment after red flag incident

He crashed on June 8 at Handley’s Bend

The family of TT rider Jack Petrie has provided an update on his condition following a red flag incident in the Supertwin race.

Jack continues to receive treatment in hospital and has undergone several surgeries over the past week.

Surgeries on his arm, wrist and elbow are said to have gone well and he is scheduled to undergo further surgery on his broken jaw tomorrow (June 17).

The Dorset man crashed his Aprilia machine on the second lap at Handley’s Bend but is said to be in a “stable” condition.
