Dangerous sex animal who raped a woman in Ireland after making a false asylum claim to stay in the country

THIS is the dangerous sex animal who sought asylum to avoid being kicked out of Ireland after serving a prison sentence here for raping a woman.

Sunday’s Irish Sun today exposes the monster Edmond Cikalleshi (51), who tried to avoid his deportation by exploiting procedures introduced for the most vulnerable in society.

The thug was due to be deported in February after serving his prison sentence for his gruesome rape crime.

However, according to sources, he wanted to apply for asylum because it was not safe to return to his homeland Albania.

And this despite the fact that the Ministry of Justice recognizes the country as a safe country of origin.

This meant that the deportation order was effectively suspended until a decision was made on his application.

Within a few weeks, Cikalleshi was again arrested by the Gardai and taken into custody under the law for endangering public safety.

He was remanded in custody at Dublin’s Cloverhill Prison, but in a bizarre error he was released early by the Irish prison service.

When Cikalleshi was tracked down, he was put back in prison before he finally gave up his attempt to stay in the country and withdrew his asylum application.

A source told us: “This person took advantage of the existing system. His so-called asylum application was not legitimate and would have been rejected immediately.”

“But the process can take up to a year and a half. There was also a fear that he might have thought that if he used this tactic to evade the deportation order, he could disappear back into society and be forgotten by the authorities. But that was never the case.”

Cikalleshi left the country voluntarily a few weeks ago.

Officials escorted the animal to Germany before it boarded a flight to its home country.

Evil Cikalleshi from the port city of Durrës in western Albania lived in Ireland for over 20 years.

CRAZY ADMINISTRATOR

On his social media profiles, the perverted rapist published several pictures of himself in restaurants and cafes.

He has also hung snapshots near the Spire, outside Arnotts and at Ha’penny Bridge in the capital.

Cikalleshi was sentenced to six years in prison in 2022, retroactive to the day of his first detention in August 2019. He had previously been found guilty of raping a woman he had invited for coffee.

They had agreed to meet in a town in Leinster on June 22, 2017, and the women picked him up from the bus from Dublin at around 9.40pm, the Central Criminal Court heard.

Cikalleshi went to a nearby liquor store and bought a few beers before suggesting they return to his apartment for coffee.

When the woman stood up to take off her jacket, the madman began to take off her clothes.

Cikalleshi continued before leading her naked into a bedroom, putting her face on the bed and raping her.

After his arrest, he told police he did not know the woman, but later admitted that he did.

The liar Cikalleshi claimed he did not touch her and said she was about to kiss him from the beginning and took off her own clothes.

Sex offender Cikalleshi told investigators that the woman had asked him to stop and that they had not had sex.

But when the woman was examined at a sex offenders’ clinic immediately after the rape, sperm was found in her body that matched Cikalleshi’s DNA.

ASYLUM OFFER FOR SEX OFFENSES

ANOTHER rapist also applies for asylum despite having a deportation order against him.

He will remain in Ireland while the application process is ongoing.

Last week, sex offender Chico Makamda was flown back to the Democratic Republic of Congo following a deportation order.

Since arriving in Ireland in 2009, he has been convicted 19 times for a range of sexual offences and false imprisonment.
