20-year-old shot dead in Jackson

JACKSON, Mississippi (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a 20-year-old man was shot and killed.

The shooting occurred on Saturday, June 15, in the 4600 block of Cedarhurst Drive.

Detective Tommie Brown said the victim, Daniel Ballard Jr., died from multiple gunshot wounds. There is currently no information on the suspect.
