Section of John Tyler Memorial Highway in Charles City County closed due to car accident

CHARLES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A section of John Tyler Memorial Highway in Charles City County is closed due to a car crash.

According to an official post on the Charles City County Sheriff’s Office Facebook PageThe John Tyler Memorial Highway at the James City County Line has been closed in both directions since approximately 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, due to a vehicle accident.

According to the sheriff’s office, the road will be closed for an extended period of time.
