20-year-old man shot dead in North Jackson

JACKSON, Mississippi (WLBT) – A man is dead after he was reportedly shot in North Jackson.

According to Jackson Police, the incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the corner of Cedarhurst and Northside Drive.

According to JPD, the 20-year-old man died from a gunshot wound. The man’s identity has not been released.

There is currently no suspect.
