Filming for the 16th season of RHOA is in full swing and there is excitement. Porsha Williams is back and better than ever. There are also new cast members, which is always fun to see, but at the same time, Kandi Burruss has announced her exit. Unfortunately, there is already tremendous drama associated with the new season. Apparently, something terrible happened during filming for the opening of Kenya Moore’s new hair salon on June 6. Photos of new cast member Brittany Eady were everywhere. But not only did she pose beautifully, she also performed intimate and unwork-appropriate acts.

This led to Bravo reportedly suspending Kenya indefinitely. A similar situation occurred on RHONJ during the current season between Danielle Cabral and Jennifer Aydin. This was a physical altercation and both were suspended until the footage was reviewed, which is the case with Kenya. Luckily, Brittany Eady was not there when this happened, but there was supposedly a reason for it. According to PeopleAn insider claimed that Brittany threatened Kenya and the term “weapon” may have been used. However, another insider denies that was the reason, saying the following:

“At no point was Kenya threatened with a weapon, nor was a weapon ever used during production.”

So what does Kenya Moore have to say about what happened and why it all happened? On Friday, June 14, she went to Instagram Live to hear her opinion, and she won’t be going anywhere anytime soon:

“You’ll see me. I’m not going anywhere despite all this stuff.”

Two days after the alleged incident, Kenya went to Twitter/X to let her followers know that she was innocent:

Brittany Eady, who was also absent, was shocked that she was not accepted into the group as expected.

Will Kenya come back?

Kenya Moore currently seems to believe that her case will be justified and she will return to RHOA. However, an investigation is reportedly underway into what really happened. These images were available on the internet for anyone to access. Brittany Eady denies ever threatening Kenya and said the following:

“It never feels good to be attacked or bullied by someone I thought would welcome me into a new circle, but who I have never met. Just to clarify, I have never owned weapons or ever threatened anyone. I have never been to jail, never been in fights, or even received a speeding ticket. That is not my character. The portrayal presented here hurts me. Wrong is wrong.”

Hopefully, there will be a solution sooner rather than later so the show can go on. This is not the first scandal the show has faced. Phaedra Parks claimed that Kandi Burruss and her husband wanted to drug Porsha Williams to take advantage of her. So, this show has seen its fair share of scandals.
