Houston Resident Wins $1 Million in Texas Lottery Scratch-Off Game

HOUSTON (KIAH) — After a rough week of heavy rain and flooding that hit parts of Southeast Texas, a Houston resident got a little bit of sunshine by winning $1 million in a ticket game. scratch.

A Houston-area resident won a $1 million prize when he won a game of Texas Lottery scratch-off tickets, the lottery announced Wednesday. The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, played a game called Millions Club.


The winner purchased the ticket at Pick N Pay, located at 221 Uvalde Road in the Cloverleaf neighborhood of northeast Houston.

This is the sixth of top 10 prizes worth $1 million to be claimed at the Millions Club, which offers more than $161 million in total prizes.
