Eight “Israeli” soldiers killed in Gaza

Eight soldiers and officers of the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) were killed in Gaza early Saturday when an anti-tank missile hit their armored vehicle, the Hebrew website Hadashot Bezaman reported.

Hebrew media confirmed that the vehicle immediately exploded, burst into flames and killed the occupants instantly.

The Israeli occupation military informed the families of the eight soldiers about their deaths following the attack on their vehicle.

The IOF has been conducting aggressive operations against Gaza for 253 consecutive days, resulting in numerous civilian casualties and extensive bombings that have killed 37,266 Palestinians and injured 85,102 others.

On October 7, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, launched Operation Aqsa Typhoon in response to violations by the Israeli occupation in the occupied Palestinian territories. In retaliation, the Israeli occupation military launched Operation Iron Swords, conducting violent raids throughout the Gaza Strip, resulting in hundreds of deaths, thousands of injuries, and significant destruction of buildings and infrastructure.

Since October 7, the death toll among Israeli occupation forces has risen to 650, with 298 dead since the start of the ground operation on October 27. In addition, 3,832 Israeli occupation soldiers were injured, of which 579 were classified as seriously injured, 986 as moderately injured and 2,267 as lightly injured.
