Millionaire broker Oren Alexander, accused of raping his twin brother, carried drugs to harass women: Source

Millionaire real estate agent Oren Alexander – who, along with his twin brother Alon Alexander, is accused of raping women in two separate trials – carried drugs with him to rape women at parties, even though he did not use the stuff himself, a source told Page Six.

The 36-year-old brothers are accused in a lawsuit of taking turns raping a woman in Sir Ivan Wilzig’s “castle” in the Hamptons in 2012. The castle is considered the “Playboy villa of the East Coast” and is known for hosting sex parties.

Our source tells us they saw the brothers at Wilzig’s parties in 2011, 2012 and 2013, as well as at a party in 2016.

“They were away most weekends,” the source says. “Ivan was their host. They had a room upstairs and lived there.”

Wilzig is known for hosting bacchanalia that are harmful to minors and that supposedly end with guests undressing in the pool and entering an S&M dungeon for the evening.

“Oren had cocaine on him and told people they didn’t do it, but they were carrying it around for the girls,” the source says. “They went out and invited girls to come with them to Ivan’s.”

According to the lawsuit filed by Kate Whiteman, she claimed she was dragged into a black SUV by Alon after leaving a club and finding Oren waiting in the car. They then allegedly took her to the kitschy castle where, when she tried to escape, she was allegedly “dragged back into the garage” by a security guard.

The complaint states that the worker was Wilzig’s employee.

“As the plaintiff and the twins were standing behind the garage door, the door closed and immediately locked behind them. The plaintiff was then told that she had to put on a sarong,” the filing states. “The plaintiff then ran up the stairs to the house fully clothed. As the plaintiff ran up the stairs, a (worker) grabbed her by the arm and dragged her back into the garage.”

Wilzig is named in the lawsuit for alleged negligence – but he is in no way involved in the assault and rape allegations.

“Plaintiff was eventually forced to undress and put on a sarong. Her phone and other belongings were placed in a locker, which Oren immediately locked and placed the key around his wrist. The twins then led plaintiff upstairs to what appeared to be a large bedroom” and assaulted her, the lawsuit states.

In 2010, the twins allegedly attacked another woman when she was just 18 years old. They slipped drugs into her drink at a club in the Meatpacking District and then took her home to rape her, according to another lawsuit.

An attorney for the brothers has denied all claims in the lawsuits, previously stating: “This lawsuit became public after (the Alexanders) decided not to give in to a tens of millions of dollars claim. We are confident that this matter will be decided in (their) favor because we have an extensive collection of compelling evidence, including phone records, text messages, emails and other documents, the contents of which clearly refutes these claims.”

A source had previously told Page Six of Wilzig: “Ivan is unhappy and nervous about the lawsuit naming his castle as the scene of the rape.” The insider added: “There have been no rumors whatsoever that Ivan was involved in the matter.”

Wilzig has had fewer parties since 2017, his brother Alan told the Washington Post this week. “They stopped around 2017. Now there are just barbecues on Sunday afternoons before people head back into town.”

He also played down the allegedly X-rated scene at the castle, saying: “It’s about making it feel sexy, glamorous, fun and daring. If you were there on a Saturday night with your wife or girlfriend, you might find a place to smooch. A couple feels like they’re in the Garden of Eden there.”

Alan also told the Post about the extravagant property: “I once read that (Ivan) has lockers and each guest has to put their clothes in a locker and be naked or wear a sarong. Are the lockers there? Yes. Are they big enough for your clothes? No. They’re for cell phones and valuables.”

He told the Post: “My brother didn’t want to hear a word about someone missing a purse or a cell phone when there are 30 people there. That’s a total mood killer.”

A source described what it was like to be at a sex party at the villa, telling us: “(As a man) you had to have a girl with you. You came into the house, everyone had to take off their clothes and put on this sarong thing that Ivan had. You went into the pool and then he said it was time to go in and you took off your clothes and put your things in lockers. Ivan would say, ‘Hack, hack, everyone had to take off their sarong. Hack, hack!'”

Ivan did not respond to calls seeking comment.

Alan said of the parties in an earlier interview: “A lot of it is hype. People sensationalise it. You come over and two girls are tanning topless and if someone wants to get upset about it they say everyone is running around naked.”

However, he also revealed: “In the early 2000s, I would get up in the middle of the night… and there would always be someone naked in the pool. But not in a bad way. Look, we don’t sit at home and knit.”

He had also said that the dungeon that was photographed was for decoration purposes in the castle and: “It is a strict rule that no sex is allowed in this room.”

Since the lawsuits against the Alexanders became known, nearly 30 other victims have reportedly contacted the plaintiffs’ lawyers with similar claims, it said.

“I have spoken to about 15 people who told me they were raped by the Alexander brothers, one (brother) or more, at various times in New York City, South Beach and also in other states,” attorney Evan Torgan told The Real Deal, which first reported on the lawsuits.

“I am proud of what we are doing here,” Torgan added in a statement to the Washington Post. “And proud of all the people who have come forward with their stories – especially Kate Whiteman and Rebecca Mandel, who have done so with great courage.”
