UTSA football player arrested for alleged aggravated robbery and suspended from team

SAN ANTONIO – UTSA football player Nicholas Brown has been arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery.

The alleged robberies took place in February and Brown was arrested on Thursday, June 13.

Not much information is known about this case at this time, but Brown was released on $150,000 bail and placed under house arrest. Brown was also ordered not to have contact with two people.

“We are aware of the situation involving Nick Booker-Brown and are currently gathering additional information. He has been suspended indefinitely from football activities while the matter is investigated,” said Joe Izbrand, UTSA’s chief communications officer.
