Shocking new allegations against millionaire real estate playboys accused of raping a woman in a Hamptons castle and an 18-year-old in a club

Shocking new allegations have been made against Oren and Alon Alexander, the millionaire real estate agents twins. They are accused of raping a woman in a castle in the Hamptons and drugging an 18-year-old girl in a club.

According to an anonymous insider, Oren Alexander allegedly took drugs to parties and passed them on to women, even though he did not use them himself.

The 36-year-old twins are accused in a court case of raping a woman together in 2012 at Sir Ivan Wilzig’s castle in the Hamptons. Extravagant sex parties are said to have taken place there that were in no way inferior to those of “Eyes Wide Shut”.

The insider told Page Six that the brothers were a regular fixture at the parties and were seen there in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

“They were away most weekends,” the source revealed. “Ivan was their host. They had a room upstairs and lived there.”

According to one source, Oren carried drugs with him at these parties to attract women.

“Oren had cocaine on him and told people they didn’t do it, but they were carrying it for the girls,” he told Page Six.

Oren and his twin brother Alon are accused of attacking two women in separate attacks in 2010 and 2012.

The victims said the brothers took turns raping them and inflicting “physical injuries, severe psychological trauma and emotional injuries.”

One of the lawsuits, filed just as a New York state law that lifted the civil statute of limitations on sexual assault claims was about to expire, alleges that the brothers engaged in “a similar pattern of schemes.”

A lawyer for the brothers told The Real Deal that the allegations were false and called the lawsuit “total extortion.”

Both women are represented by Torgan Cooper & Aaron and filed their respective lawsuits on the same day, March 8.

The first victim, Rebecca Mandel, claims she met Oren and Alon in 2009 when she was 18 years old at a now-closed New York club, SL.

She said she continued to see the twins at parties and clubs around town.

Then, in September 2010, she said, she accidentally bumped into them at SL and Alon “intentionally laced plaintiff’s drink with an unknown substance, causing significant physical and mental harm.”

The lawsuit alleges that they then took Mandel to their apartment and told her there was a party going on there – which was not the case.

It states: “Shortly after entering the apartment, (Mandel) was sexually abused, attacked, held, groped, harassed, beaten and groped by the defendants.”

“Alon held the plaintiff down while Oren penetrated her vaginally. The defendants then switched positions and raped (Mandel) repeatedly.”

The second victim, Kate Whiteman, claimed she was raped by the two men in 2012 in a “castle” in the Hamptons owned by Ivan Wilzig and known as “Sir Ivan’s Castle.”

Whiteman met the brother in New York in 2008 and repeatedly rejected Oren’s offers to go out with him, the indictment says.

It states: “On many occasions, Alon sometimes posed as his twin brother Oren, attempted to help his brother, and called or texted the plaintiff in Oren’s name.”

On a trip to the Hamptons for Memorial weekend, Alon said he grabbed her as she was leaving a nightclub and dragged her and Oren into a waiting SUV.

She said she was driven to Sir Ivan’s castle, where a security guard prevented her from escaping, took away her phone and forced her to undress.

They then took her to a large bedroom where she was “sexually assaulted, abused, raped, restrained, groped, harassed, beaten and groped by defendants Alon and Oren,” the indictment states.

Ferraro told DailyMail.com: “This lawsuit became public after Mr Alexander decided not to give in to a tens of millions of dollars demand.”

“We are confident that this matter will be decided in Mr. Alexander’s favor because we have a comprehensive collection of compelling evidence, including phone records, text messages, emails and other documents, the contents of which clearly refute these allegations.”

He also called Mandel’s case “very bizarre.”

The defendants have until August 19 to respond to both lawsuits.
