A hot weekend lies ahead – Action News Jax

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Mike Buresh, chief meteorologist for First Alert Weather, is tracking the high temperatures.

The weekend will be hot and mostly dry, apart from isolated rain showers inland. On Saturday, temperatures will reach up to 30 degrees, and it will be a little cooler on the beaches.

A slightly stronger offshore wind will lower temperatures. On Father’s Day, temperatures will be 27 degrees on the beaches and just over 30 degrees inland.

Lots of sun all weekend, so lots of sunscreen, shade and water!

It won’t rain everywhere in the near future.
