Kenya Moore suspended indefinitely from Real Housewives of Atlanta

Kenya Moore has been suspended indefinitely from The Real Housewives of Atlantawhich is currently filming its 16th season, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The suspension reportedly came after Moore allegedly displayed posters with explicit images of franchise newcomer Brittany Eady at the grand opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa in Atlanta, Georgia, last week. A source said Entertainment tonight that the photos were “allegedly found online”.

Eady then took to her social media to seemingly address the controversy, writing in part: “It’s never a good feeling to be targeted or hazed by someone who I thought would induct me into a new circle, which I have never met.”

Bravo cameras also reportedly filmed the casting event at that time, according to a source. AND that “the network is still reviewing the content posted by Kenya during filming.”

Following Thursday’s alleged event, Moore also posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday: “I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone , nor solicited images belonging to others to use them for threatening or blackmail purposes. I have always been justified. I can’t talk about HISTORY, even with people who spread fake news. »

She also added on her Instagram story: “Believe nothing you hear and half of what you see. The truth always comes to light. »

It was not immediately clear whether Moore would return to the series following the incident. She has been on the popular Bravo reality series since its fifth season in 2012.

THR has reached out to Moore’s rep for additional comment.
