Terencio “Junior” Perez-Cancino, 33, of Green Forest, was sentenced to 30 years in prison and is not eligible for parole for two counts of sexual exploitation of minors through the production of child pornography.

According to court documents, in February 2023, Homeland Security Investigations investigators and agents received information that Perez-Cancino had uploaded images to Snapchat servers showing him sexually abusing a minor.

A search warrant was issued for Perez-Cancino’s home and during an interview with police, he admitted to creating images depicting the abuse of a minor about two years earlier, the press release said.

In a forensic interview, the minor said that Perez-Cancino sexually abused her over a period of four years.

The case was investigated by the Green Forest Police Department, the Eureka Springs Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations and the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.
