EDMOND, Oklahoma. –

An emergency alert was issued for a 43-year-old woman near Edmond on Friday afternoon.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the woman was found and the alarm was lifted at 3:07 p.m.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the woman was found and is safe. OCS said the suspect is still missing.
