If you and your dad are melting in this weather, Typhoon Texas is the place to be. The water park will give dads free access on Sundays with the purchase of a day ticket.

Dessert Gallery Bakery & Café will be offering a “Dads Eat Free” day. On Father’s Day, customers can get a free slice of cake for each family with any purchase of equal or greater value.

The dessert shop offers a full menu of sweet treats such as cookies, sundaes, brownies, and several different slice cake options.

Want sushi? Nara Sushi Ramen, located at 1930 Westheimer, will be handing out free ramen the entire weekend leading up to Father’s Day. Every father who brings his family to this sushi restaurant will receive a free bowl of ramen and a free 20-ounce bottle of soda.

From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Father’s Day, the Houston Interactive Aquarium and Animal Preserve will offer free admission to all dads. In addition to games, animal experiences and snacks, the Houston Interactive Aquarium and Animal Preserve will offer special activities throughout the day.

Grace Church Houston will kick off its Dadfest this Father’s Day with giveaways, free root beer for dads and a car show. Grace Church Houston will hold a service from 9 to 11 a.m. and will also feature guest speaker, Dino Rizzo.

The City of Baytown will celebrate Father’s Day with an event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Education and Recreation Center on Saturday.

The event will feature animal encounters, kayaking, fishing, remote-controlled toy boats, a car show and much more. The first 150 people will receive a free Kona snow cone and a hot dog.

Filipino bar Be more Pacific will celebrate dads this Sunday by offering free beer and a free Back Pew Brew pint glass with any purchase.

The Warwick, located at 5888 Westheimer Road, offers free cigars for dads and old-fashioned specialties from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. during brunch and dinner.
