Document: Billionaire Frank Stronach accused of sexual abuse of three plaintiffs

A court document reveals that Canadian businessman and billionaire Frank Stronach is accused of sexually harassing three different plaintiffs.

The document outlining the charges against the 91-year-old says the alleged incidents took place in 1980, 1986 and last year.

Police said last week that Stronach had been charged with rape, sexual assault of a woman, false imprisonment and two counts of sexual assault, but gave few details of the allegations.

Defense attorney Brian Greenspan said he represents Stronach and his client “categorically denies the allegations of inappropriate conduct made against him.”

Stronach is the founder and former chairman of auto parts maker Magna International. A company spokesman said last week that Stronach gave up control of the company more than a decade ago and is no longer associated with it.
