One dead after shooting in Malta, says sheriff

MALTA, NY (NEWS10) — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred off Route 9 in Malta. Officials said a man was found dead.

The sheriff’s office said the call about the shooting came in around 11:30 a.m. Friday. When officers arrived, they found the man who had been shot and was dead.
