Police investigate possible sexual abuse of child in Delaware – NBC10 Philadelphia

Police in Delaware are asking the public for help in identifying a person they believe sexually abused a child.

New Castle County Police released surveillance camera photos showing a man entering a building on Chestnut Street in Wilmington.

According to investigators, he is a person of interest in connection with the report of sexual abuse of a child.
