Police investigate reports of a man soliciting boys for sex

After parents reported a man to North College Hill police who attempted to persuade minors to have sex, they are now asking anyone with information to come forward.

Police said there have been multiple contacts in North College Hill and the surrounding area, particularly in the area of North College Hill schools.

Parents reported that a man between the ages of 20 and 30 with short hair was driving around in a dark sedan and trying to solicit sex from boys, police said in a press release.

Police are asking parents of boys who walk to school for summer classes to talk to their children to find out if they were approached by this man or vehicle. Officials said parents should also consider accompanying their children to school

Police said the investigation is multi-jurisdictional and anyone with information is asked to call 513-521-7171.
