Boscawen man charged with menacing after Storrs Street incident: log

CONCORD, NH – Adeline Latrishe Bynum, 36, of Concord was arrested on April 30, 2024 at 9:23 p.m. for Driving Under the Influence and Resisting Arrest or Detention. Also arrested was Xaviest Luis Rosario, born in 2005, on charges of rioting and two counts of simple assault. He was also charged with possession of tobacco products by a minor. Both Bynum and Rosario were arrested on Perley Street after police were dispatched to the Christ the King Parish food pantry for a report of a pistol whipping incident. Antione Bluestone Rhau, 48, of Perley Street in Concord, was charged with reckless conduct – homicide with a deadly weapon, criminal threats with a deadly weapon and second-degree assault – all felonies – around 10 p.m. Rosario’s charges of rioting and assault stemmed from a previous incident or investigation at Concord High School.

Joshua S. Colby, 27, a homeless man now living in Concord, was arrested April 22 at 4:16 p.m. on a warrant and a drug possession charge. Also arrested was 33-year-old Adam Joseph Dolloff on a warrant and drug possession charge. Officers were dispatched to Uno Pizzeria at 15 Fort Eddy Roa on a complaint and encountered Colby, Dolloff and a third person. A check showed Colby had an active electronic arrest warrant out of Laconia District Court with a $100 bond, while Dolloff had two electronic arrest warrants with a $950 bond. Colby, an officer wrote, said he had just been released from jail and was unaware he had a warrant for his arrest. He was accused of claiming he didn’t have $100 and trying to call a friend to get the money, a request that was unsuccessful. Colby was then arrested. During a search, an officer found a container in the pocket of a hoodie in a backpack with a small plastic bag inside containing a white-brownish powdery substance believed to be fentanyl and drug paraphrenia, an affidavit states Explanation. Dolloff was also charged with drug possession after his arrest.

Charles H. Sargent, born 1960, of Northfield, was arrested on a warrant following an incident or investigation on South Main Street at 8:20 p.m. April 14.

Vinod Reddy Sangani, born in 2000, of Concord, was issued a citation for operating without a valid license following an incident or investigation at 322 N. State St. on April 11 at 2:07 p.m.

Moses Giffard Carr, 18, of Concord was arrested at 9:38 a.m. March 8 on charges of burglary and rioting, both felonies. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on Hanover Street.
