Mateus Alves Rapes Underage Ex-Girlfriend at New Year’s Eve Party, Tells Her ‘I’ll Do It Whether You Want It or Not’ – Scoop: Nashville



18-year-old Mateus Alves was in a car accident with an underage female near Green Hills Child Development on Belmont Boulevard in the early morning hours of March 29th. His passenger was taken to the hospital for her injuries. When officers spoke with Alves, he repeatedly asked the same questions and stated he was distracted by his radio. He consented to field sobriety tests, performed poorly, and after the implied consent was read to him, agreed to provide a blood sample. Alves was taken to Nashville General Hospital and then taken into custody for driving under the influence. Alves was released on a $1,000 bond.

On April 18thThHis underage girlfriend revealed that she and Alves had not been in a relationship for several weeks before December 31stst, 2023, the day they went to a New Year’s Eve party. At the party, she alleged that Alves physically abused her. She advised them to go upstairs to talk because they were interrupted and when she sat down on the bed he started kissing her. She said she repeatedly told him they wouldn’t have sex. Despite this, Alves tackled her onto the bed, pulled down her pants and asked her to perform oral sex before saying: “I’m going to do it whether you want it or not.” He then forcibly had penetrative sex with the victim while she repeatedly told him No said. Mateus Alves, of Patricia Drive in Nashville, Tennessee, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 4 on charges of driving under the influence and rape. He is free on a $10,000 bond.
