At least one person killed in accident on the northeast side

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is responding to a fatal crash in northeast Indianapolis Thursday evening.

IMPD officers were dispatched to the 3200 block of N. Keystone Avenue around 5:36 p.m. after receiving reports that a serious accident had occurred in the area. At least one person was killed at the scene, according to IMPD.

Police have not yet confirmed how many vehicles were involved in the accident.
