Penn Yan man arrested on Yates County Superior Court warrant – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Penn Yan man was arrested Wednesday at the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Shayne Winters, 35, was arrested on a Yates County Superior Court warrant.

After his arrest, Winters was taken to the Yates County Jail and held pending arraignment.
