Six weekly food truck events in Buffalo to try this summer

Buffalo food trucks are full and busy this summer.

Food trucks offering a sampling of cuisine from around the world park at various locations throughout the Buffalo area almost every day of the week, often accompanied by live musicians.

Whether you’re in the mood to sample a few different food trucks — maybe try a dark purple lavender lemonade from Tiny Thai to go with Islands Hawaiian BBQ’s Kalua pork nachos — or grab a family dinner at a mobile restaurant, food truck events satisfy many appetites.

Most of the weekly food truck roundups are back this year (with the exception of Canalside’s food truck lunch series). Food Truck Thursdays at the Northland Workforce Training Center, a newer rodeo, will return for its second year.

Here are some weekly food truck events to try this season.
