7 dogs killed in house fire in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC — Seven dogs died in a house fire in northeast Charlotte Wednesday night, according to the Charlotte Fire Department.

When the fire department arrived, a strong flame could be seen coming from the two-story house. It took 30 firefighters 30 minutes to bring the fire under control.

No one was injured in the fire. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
