Man from SW Kansas allegedly drugged and sexually abused victim

FINNEY COUNTY – Law enforcement is investigating a suspect for alleged sexual offenses.

According to a press release, police responded to St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City on Monday for a reported rape.

During the investigation, it was discovered that 50-year-old Willie Clay Jr. had allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted the victim in his apartment earlier that day.

Police arrested Clay at the Finney County Law Enforcement Center. He is being held in the Finney County Jail on charges of rape and aggravated sodomy.
